This is to inform you that I have submitted this case for karbon S5, where touch is not responding on 28.9.2013 in Gurgaon service center named smart mobile. After several follow ups with Karbon service centers and Karbon HO didn’t get any revert and resolution from your end. I already have the mails from karbon where you guys are stating that this issue has been raised to our senior department and will be updated on priority which is still pending. I am very much disappointed from the service of Karbon mobiles and cannot afford to wait more hours. Need to review this and escalate it in writing to Sales head and Operations head of Karbon mobiles. Job sheet no: KJASPHR090913K4709 Model : S5 IMEI: 911309350794817 on the other side they guys are not even replying back.. but the same rever getting everytime that its under process..and will get back to you… Its been almost 20 days and there is not a single inch movemnt i the process the handset is lying like I have left 20 days back.
I want you act ASAP as I dont want to get the handset back only .. But also need to set example of poor customer customer feed back,.. If the HO is that much careless. this type of Brand shound not have the right to stand up in the market.
