Karbonn Service Center Not Returning Mobile

Dear Sir, due to technical problem so i approached karbonn service center they are not providing the service and informing until to wait the product comes From the last 03 months onwards i am facing these issue .I have tried alot with karbonn company people no one is willing to provide the right information and the major thing they are doing is they are collecting the money for the products which is in warranty period. Solicit to take appropriate in solving my issue

1)I need Mobile replacement or refund the money that i spent 2)I am attaching the invoice copy JOB No:A358J32?50 in the September &Job No:10681 they are asking paid service under warranty period
