Professional Couriers Totally Careless About consignment

I hope you take my complain seriously, or else many other consumers would loose their products. I have sent my Rakshabandhan gift on 05/08/2014 Professional Couriers , and after a continuous follow up for 4 months, i get the answer today “THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGE IS” and cannot do anything to help. I m very upset with what has happened, as this was not expected loosing a product. We trust such courier companies to deliver our Package and they very casually say we do not know where it is. DO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE THINGS SO CASUALLY ???? Request you kind help and support

I want my package back or i want the value of my Package back (Rs.2000/-). I also want the company owner to apologize for the same and personally do that and give a letter in writing for the same.He should accept his companies mistake take responsibility for his employees mistakes. So he does not repeat this same mistake for any other customer
