i bought a karbonn titanium octane plus imei no 911352900367437 mobile on feb2015, on 05/05/15 i went to shubham telecom vaishali service center(01204167988/9718407333) for submit my hand set dead condition first of all they neglect me that my imei no not registered with them they told me we done mail to company you submit handset tomorrow but till 16/05/15 no received call or sms from karbonn afterthat i called to karbonn cust care for imei registered on 20/05/15 i submitted my handset to vaishali ghaziabad u.p. service centre they give me min.15 days time period.since but now one month passed i mailed and called them since 15 days but they replied with a auto generated mail your handset is in process,on 15/06/15 i called to cust care they promised me to give handset befire 20/06/15 and given complaint no 148985,but no call /sms/mail received at last today i called custard they give me again same stupids words that’s we will give back ur handset with in 15 days they already expired my one nd half months warranty period.now i wants immediate action they not given me hand set free it is i purchased it of rs,10490 nd my money in not growing on tree,so plz resolve my complaint as early as possible they have only toll free no 18602004660 nd always mr anand relies always via mail

i wants immediate action ,every time when i mail them they send auto generate tmail written under process and when i call to them they always forward to again next 15 days,i wants my handset back after replace mother board or replace handset because it is already new nd once any problem starts in handset it runs same problem whole year so plz take immediate action as early as possible..
