I took karbonn phone on Univercell Rajajinagar Bangalore. I purchased Karboon A5s Android Version 4.2.2 at spot payment with Rs 5000/- at June 6 2014 immediately after completion of 1 month i started facing very low quality on calls my speakers couldn’t hear to me at all and they felt my voice continuous break downs. Later on my 2nd month battery boosted and went low charge for very half an hour it happened like i have to continuous keep for charging and then use my phone. I didn’t get proper service even after longing to those karboon service centers so many times. They gave me 1 year warranty but later they asked me to pay just only 2 months old. Its not fair at all. People please don’t trust this product don’t go buy instead u will have to face lot of problem our money, time will be wasted. They don’t provide you proper service when you go with your complaints instead they will make you long and will make you feel like hell.
