I am recently transferred from mumbai to bhopal. At mumbai on dtd.05/12/14 I had booked M/s Karni Karpa National packers (Mr. Rajesh Kumar PAN card No.BFWPK9837B) and movers for transportation of my home goods from Byculla (mumbai) to Bhopal.I had given him my home material of approx Rs.80.000/- and advance Rs. 7000/- as transportation charges. They assure me to deliver it on 07-Dec-2014 but so far no material is received moreover they are also not responding on phone.

I want that they should pay my house rent amount for the those days which i am not able to stay due to non availability of my home goods and amount which i expand for some temporary arrangement and out door food and logging. i.e approx.Rs.10000/- and equal amount for the mental harassment of customer as compensation .Also they should be blacklisted so that other person like me should not suffer in nearby future.
