It’s now more than 70 days I have been chasing for my Home Insurance Policy Document which is due since last 5 years from SBI. I visited to your BKC branch as well sent multiple emails, made few calls but did not get any positive response about my Home Insurance Policy document. I already provided them with the check details by which I made the payment.

First I have been told that, Policy is not with us, it was issued to you before; later on they said New India Assurance hasn’t sent it to them. I suppose to receive a call from them but haven’t received it yet.
