I placed an order in Apr 13. Got delivery in Jun in contravention to the terms and conditions. Got a bill without date. Mobile developed problem after a month or two. Service Centre of Micromax refused to accept the Mobile without date. contacted the onsite seller but no support. sent a personal courier with the mobile. after more than a month the mobile still not returned and have been telephonically communicated that the phone will be returned with a bill containing date. Nothing received as yet.

relief for the amt paid Rs 15290 in apr and compensation for the delay, physical and mental harassment and loss of efficiency at work and home due the the time wasted in pursuing and the cost of the additional phone that I had to buy.
