Sir, i have purchased a Spice MI 320 handset for 2889 rupees (purchase date-25-02-2013) 3 months of usage it got repaired and submitted to Spice service center in Kolkata service center gave a job sheet and didn’t mentioned the return date of the mobile handset to be given , I received my phone after 15 days when I check my handset some problem not resolved by service center again I have submitted my mobile on 1 st Aug 2013 and i have called many times the Spice service center no one picks the call by luck if it connects they always extend the date i have called them 28 times they always tell different date for the return of the phone i am tiered of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call (contact number-03322861694)again I calling spice mobile customer care number here is their number : 01142921000 after that they are replace my mobile (spice MI 351) . My 2nd time job sheet number is : 25100036D80061.They are giving old phone (Replacement date-05-09-2013)Again battery issue and Sim card not supported in replace handset Spice MI-351. I received my phone after 25 days when I check my handset some new problem which was not resolved by service center again same day I have submitted my mobile on 4 th OCT 2013.i didn’t received my handset yet.

please replace my handset with new handset ASAP or refund my money
