I have ordered one Ray Ban Sunglass vide order Number-KA/221283/6151LUC7 dated 29/03/2014. I have paid Rs-699 for the same. Till date they have not dispatch my product and upon telephonic enquery they are giving misleading information such as ‘you will receive your order within couple of days’. All false and fake information.

I need my money back either to my bank account or by cheque along with the interest as per bank rule at the earliest.
