Respected Sir I am using prepaid Kolkata GSM Mobile SIM Number 8961557335 of T24 of Tata Tele Service since 2010 but suddenly on 25th April 2014 my line disconnected without any information or intimation or valid reason,then i contacted Customer Care of T24 at 8961252xxx.and come to know that due to not in use of number line is disconnected permanently,and get shocked to know this that 4 year old number not in used? As this month i was in roaming i make lots of outgoing calls and call received.after discussion senior of T24 Customer Care he advised me to submit ID and Photo to their nearest BigBazar customer desk with in 29th April 2014 to restart your number again, and same i did and visited today Sealdah bigbazar store around 5:30pm but their customer service executive deny and neglected and behave rudely with me and advised me to buy a new one connection because your number never will start again,then again contacted t24 CC but he told me visit another big bazar from where you had buy this SIM 8961557335,then i visited Esplanade Big Bazar Store Kolkata,but same rudely behave and force to buy a new connection by avoiding my need of 4 year older number that spread to among my near and dears after my humble request he kept my documents roughly.i think he will not sent my document to concern department to restart my older number 8961557xxx again. Now,my concern is without any information or intimation my line is disconnected and misguiding and harassing me.i am suffering lots of problem due to disconnection of my number. So,i appeal to take necessary needful step against T24 and help me and resolve my problem at your end and earliest.
