This is an online site for selling and buying products. I ordered a Phone costing Rs. 7999 and opted for 6 Month EMI Options. So they had charged Rs. 8463 for the same product. But he merchant has claimed the total amount from my credit card rather going for the EMI. I am calling them again and again but they are not responding to my quires.
As it came to my credit card statement so if i don’t pay it by 26th of Jan they will charge me interest .
Either convert it to EMI or i will return the product back . They need to return my money back with interest if any .
