I had ordered ” I phone 5c true clone” on 10/10/2014 through “Kaunsa.com“. Also payment had been made on the same day (attached image of order & payment details)through credit card (online). They had sent a mail that the order will be dispatched on 25/10/2014. I had called to the contact number (01204111XXX) about the dispatch of the order. I am not getting proper response from them. During every time they are ensuring that the order will dispatched within 2-3 days. But till now (05/11/2014) I haven’t received the order. Also I am unable to track the order of the same. I was trying to cancel the order also. But they said that the cancellation can be done only after the dispatch of the order. Please look into this issue and help to solve as early as possible.

I would be thankful would be great that if I receive the money (Seven Thousand nine hundred and ninety nine rupees only – Rs.7999/.) what I had spent to order the product.
