The Innovative Film City sold me preferential shares for Rs. 100000/= with a promise to a. return the money on or before 18th July 2012 with a minimum compound interest of 11%, and b. provide me free life membership for visiting with family to their theme park. However, a. they provided my family a membership of one year, saying it would get renewed every year, but which never happened, each time saying it would get renewed on my next visit and charging me for that visit, b. Whenever I asked for refund of the principal money and interest, they have been dilli-dallying. After running around, they come with a person to talk to, who after wasting me calling him for one year, and asking me to visit the site to talk (but never found and making me pay for my family’s visit), ultimately provided another name to talk to, and the cycle has been repeating.

I want them to a. return my principal with interest as promised for the entire period till now, b. refund me for the multiple expenditures for making me come and visit their park at least 40 times.
