I ordered ‘Zovi Orange Leafy Print Short Kurti (Size-M)’ for Price :Rs 299 Qty :1 on Aug.24 2014 for which I paid thru internet banking and paytm accepted payment. immediately after accepting payment, Paytm cancelled order stating that item is out of stock and they gave me RS.299 in Paytm Cash Wallet. so if they do not have any item in stock then how can they accept the payment before checking the stock. Next I used my paytm wallet on Sept. 24, 2014 to recharge my cell 8719977xxx for Rs.299 for which Paytm deducted money from my cash wallet but then did not recharged the cell. After contacting them on Email they told me that they have some technical difficulties and they will soon recharge the cell. After 3 days they recharged my cell with special tariff voucher of local 3000 minute for one month which is again false commitment. I was asking to recharge my cell not for any special tariff voucher. After contacting them many times they are not responding and my balance wasted as I do not use my phone so often that local 3000 minutes can be utilized in one month time. Sir Please help me to refund my Rs.299 which paytm deducted from my cash wallet, in fact it is my money.

I want my money Rs.299 back.
