100bestbuy -Online contest Product not received cheating

Dear Sir / Madam, I am parag mehta, I am participating 100bestbuy‘s Sony Experia offer dated 31-10-2014. And I have already paid for it via Net banking (Bank of Baroda) and Rs. 699 is also debited from a/c.dated 31-10-2014. But there is a msg from company is: You are only one step away from these existing products, you have following products pending in your shopping cart pay now… but I am already paid for it. And I am also call their office and mailed 3-4 times, but they cannot reply for it. The lady who work at 100bestbuy said that your order showing are pending but Rs. 699 is already debited from my a/c. My Bank of Baroda transaction details is: eBanking: 26524069/100bestbuy.com/AVENU My order details is as under: Order Number: 15693433 Bank of Baroda Retail Accounts Account Holder : parag mehta Customer’s Phone Number : 9638046xxx Customer’s E-mail ID : parag40@gmail.com Customer’s IP Address : 122.169.9.10. So the company is cheat or fraud. So take action against them and get back my products or money as early as possible. Thanks & Regards Parag Mehta
