Vodafone – Fraud done help of nodal officer

I have done a recharge for 27rs for 6 days internet with 135MB limit through 111 on 31st October at 8:30PM because of urgent need by deducting that amount from balance. But I have not got any intimation that it was activated so I thought it is a system failure and checked the same with nodal team and vodafone customer care as if balance was deducted by morning. I got a call from 040-71718xxxx saying himself as nodal officer and asked details about the complaint and he told this recharge is for 3 days which is verified again by him on the call itself and told he will sort out that time and he will check why message did not come. Atlast that is the last time they had contacted me and they had charged 87rs extra on 2nd without any reason. Again I asked the same to nodal officer as well as appellate of vodafone andhra pradesh for which they told there is no recharge of 27rs found and 87rs deduction found in my account as a nodal officer through mail (Mohan Krishna, Nodal officer). I checked the same with 198 and they confirmed there is a deduction and I informed the same and asked them to check that call record with 198 for verification if required on 3rd november. I lost almost 130rs because of these guys irresponsibility. I tried to inform the same to TRAI officials and DOT officials upto my knowledge and asked them to sort out this matter and take proper action against people who is there behind this fraud. There is no reply from anybody till now. So I am planning to go for complaining to you. Please let me know the procedure for putting it in consumer court also and if there is any special department for consumer related complaints related to Vodafone. Thanks in advance for your co-operation.
