I bought a refrigerator model no. Kelvinator KCL314 double door 300 litre gross volume on November 2014 of cost 21000rps.but within one month this product stop working and cooling properly. And till now date we had complained regularly to the customer care of the company. But only two time engineer came and gave their services after which again we are facing same problem but still company only give advices by call only neither they proceed for repairing nor for replacing. We are totally disappointed with this company and its product
We are willing to replace this product because we belongs to research field and after buying this product we are continuously facing troubles professional due to this useless product our all expensive chemicals and reagents were got spoiled and waste. Though for this purpose we are personaly very unhappy because thier is no guarentee would be given by kelvinator company that product will be repairable and will have good shelflife ahead. so willing to replace it.
