The refund of Rs.6914 against the booking ID NF2201238973215 for date 16 Jan 15 is not being processed by the company for 4 months now.I have a mail from the company promising the refund.As per the company they have initiated the refund but they don’t have the reference no. for refund.I have already forwarded my 3 months credit card statement to show that I have not received any refund. I am being harassed by the customer care service of make my trip every day as I have called them multiple times but still no resolution. Makemytrip I have the reference numbers for all my communication over the last 3 months.No one from the management team is taking interest in resolving the issue. Every time I call up the customer care a new person at junior level picks up.I am being kicked around by them for the last 3 months.I urge the consumer care panel to help me as these guys think that the consumer today is weak, they cant do anything. Requesting for an early resolution

I want my refund amount to be processed by the company immediately
