My parents bought KENT Pearl RO System on 24-08-2013 vide Invoice No. 2SM 1300 1622 with product serial number KR 130711682. Product bought in the name of my father Shri M.L. Sharma. It’ s been about five months and owing to some or the other issue , service technician is to be called. This has happened for about 5 times now and each time there is some or other replacement . I would request your support here as owing to manufacturing defect there has been consistency in the faults with no sign of resolution.
