Tata Sky – unable to view some channels nobody resolve the issues

I am unable to view some channels. They lodged my complain and said that they will be replacing my set top box as they have changed the format of those channels to mpeg format. I have spoken to the call centre several times and lodged the complain but nobody from their end comes and resolve the issues. kindly help.

I am paying my Subscription fees on time but unable to view some channels which i am paying.

To replace my set top box.
