We have ordered a Kent Ultra water purifier online from amazon India. The kent agent has come to install it and after installment he did not even care to check TDS level, which is basic criteria, putting us on serious health risk. We started drinking that water thinking that water is getting purified. Only after 10-12 days when family members felt uneasy then we have doubted whether water is getting purified. We then called Kent agent, another one came and he confirmed that water is not getting purified. But after that Kent has called several times but despite request every time no one has come to attend out complain.We want our refund and the damage for putting us on health risk.
