Nokia India – Product display dead under warranty

I bought a Nokia 215 dual sim phone on 1st April 2015 from paytm.com The product was deliver in few days and then after using it for 15 days, the product display is dead. I went to service center for repair. They told me that for this handset, there is no repair but direct replacement warranty from the dealer you bought from. The same thing I told to paytm.com but they are not replying only. The only reply they gave is they want DOA letter, but in that, Service Center says that they cant give DOA since there is no need for it. the dealer has been instructed to give replacement directly. I have all the chat history with the dealer paytm.com

I want my money back. I have paid Rs. 2130 for the phone for which I got Rs. 300 cashback. So I want Rs. 1830 back
