Kent RO – Filters – Not working

Hi Sir, My Kent RO was not working on 11/08/2014, so we called RO Care (Gurgaon) for service of it. Their representative(RC-13 (employee id), 9818206xxx(Mob no)) visited on the same day (11/08/2014) & replace 2 things filters & SMPS. He convinced us to take custom AMC by asking over price for above items, We asked to show the item prices or price list but he denied for that. Because of the water emergency we paid for AMC but after that we complained the same to call center of the company(their toll free was out of order 1800419xxxx). We had discussion with somebody on this no 8506096xxx…he did’nt listen to us & started defending his sales person. He said he is new and doesn’t have much idea. He also told us that we will be getting a SMS and email with the AMC details. But till date we didn’t get any details. we tried calling their head/HR on 954038xxxx but she didn’t responded properly & disconnected the calls. We also mailed them on info@rocareindia.com but still no response. Please file my complain for over charging & not declaring the price & mis-sell the AMC after that also they didn’t share the details of AMC like id etc. If a service provider is not listening just after making the payment…how can we trust him for a period of a year. Their bill also does’nt have other details like tax information etc. Please look into this issue. Regards Sandeep Sharma 971122xxxx

Either they return our money or provide the required service. What ever they charge us should show the proof , we also dont want AMC from such people.
