i am buying Samsung split AC on dated 12 june 2013 at that time there is offer named samsung smart savings offer in which they are going to provide additional 3 free services valid till dec 2014.providing 3 coupons with valid date, now i am continuously calling to customer care for free service but they are ignoring and not proving service not even providing any response my reference number for servicing is 8454274714 detailed documents are attached.
