We have been duped by Sectary , president and treasurer of this society. They booked our flats in this society 4 years ago , promising that they will deliver in 1 year , instead they have increased the flat cost two times and now stopped construction saying that no funds available now. It’s only our block which is remaining to be constructed others are completed already. The did not tell us completely all the details about the funds problems and rather told that they have. All the required money for this. Now they say that 70 flats not sold so they cannot complete the remaining block. Also they talk very rudely now. There are 300 flats in this block 230 already they have members and all have paid minimum 95%. They have completed all other facilities instead of completing our block. I have paid 95% of revised cost of 56 lakhs whereas the original cost in 2011 was 49.5 lakhs. Please help is.

We want either our money back with bank rate interest and interest paid to bank on home loan. Or Fix date of flats construction complete with penalty of as much money as we are paying as rent till our flat gets delivered ysto is.
