I purchased KENT RO Supreme 15 days earlier, direct from KENT and spend 2000 extra than snapdeal. Since day of installation machine is leaking from 4 different places and giving abnormal sound and now it stopped working. We are taking filter water from outside, no visit now. I approached customer care to fix the problem but engineer could not fix the problem. One problem is fixing and new problem is arising. And problems have not been fix in 4 continuous visit. Now lot of moisture in the machine actually this is defected machine and since day first I am asking to replace the machine. Visited Engineer is agreeing but sales team is not replacing machine. But they want to save their job, if they directly say we are unable to fix the problem.

To change the machine or money back.
