I ordered two blankets from snapdeal.com but returned after raising complaint but snapdeal refund my money only one blanket. Snapdeal didn’t paid refund for another blanket, both blankets were in same parcel, and snapdeal didn’t returned my courier charge yet. Whenever i contact them they just reply that they are working on it but didn’t paid my refund yet. Refund process was started on 22-Nov-2014 but they didn’t paid my money back yet.

My total refund is Rs.1448/- and i got refund of one blanket Rs.599/-. Now i want my rest money back i.e. Rs.599/- (Blanket) + Rs.250/- (Courier charges).
