HTC Mobile has Sim Slot Problems

I have purchase brand new HTC D816 GREY COLOUR Handset from Batra Communication on 16th October but after a one month its SIM TREY not working and I am unable to use my phone. On 16th November phone submitted to Batra Comm. and on 18th November its register with HTC Ticket No.14INA470004281 at HTC Service Center but till today its and on 12th December htc care executive ELWIN request me to send proof of purchase for the replacement of handset but still htc not replace the device yet.

Due to which I have failed to complete my personal and professional targets in every fields. I.E. My father is seek very seriously and I am unable to provide first-aid to him.
