I purchased the Freedom Plan for 5 members from IHO. Their executive Neha called me and provided incorrect information regarding the plan and sold me the product stating some benefits that they were offering only on telephonic promotions. She told that, 1. I can consult any doctor of my choice with in India and get 50% Consultation Discount there and then by presenting the Card. 2. Any treatments, vaccinations or procedures carried at the Doctor place or any hospital will provide me another 50% cash back. The other benefits she told were same as they were mentioned on the website. I cross checked twice with her regarding the difference in offer she was making and the offer available on the website. But she confirmed the above benefits twice. When I made the payment, the verification department of the IHO called me stated the benefits I would have on using the Card. The above 2 mentioned points were nowhere in their description. When I questioned them, they stated that they will get back to me after confirming with their sales person. Later they called up stating that their sales executive have provided incorrect information and that they will call me back again with a proper answer to this. Then again an executive called me and stated the same benefits Neha was offering to me earlier. And again told that I will receive the call from Verification department and I have to confirm my subscription only. In a few days the verification department again called and stated the plan mentioned on the website. Again I questioned them and again they apologized for incorrect communication. I wanted my refund and I clearly stated them this. But today on 16th December 2014, again I received a call from their team stating that the refund is not possible, and i have to buy their plan despite the incorrect information provided by their sales person. Please look into this matter and get it resolved ASAP. Regards Shashank
