MONEY NOT RETURNED Dear Sir/Ma’am, I bought two trousers from Koovs. One of the trousers was large in size therefore I returned the product and they promised to return the money and even asked for the bank details. They asked for 7-8 working days to return the money and now it has been more than 20 days. The product no. is 195659. Kindly guide me to file a case against them.

I want my 800 plus 100 rupees wasted on calls. I want them to pay me back my money.
