We have taken up Reliance Wired Phone service for our office. There are 15 numbers. However since more than 1.5 month all the 15 numbers are dead. We have registered several complaints for the dead phone service to the Reliance Customer service as well as raised this issue to the Reliance Appellate Authority several times. Every time when we call the Reliance Appellate Authority they say we have escalated the issue and your service shall be functional with 24hrs. However the phones are still dead. We have also requested Reliance Appellate Authority to reverse the billing charges for the non-functional phone. And refund/adjust the payment made towards the bills. However the same is also not done and now we get calls from billing department to make payment for new bill for dead phone services. We have paid installation charges and have paid your monthly bills for services which is not operational. We would request Reliance Communication to refund us all the monies paid to them for service which they are not fit to provide.
We have paid INR5000 for installation and INR 3000 as monthly charges which includes INR3000 worth calls . However the due to service dead we have to use our mobile phones for the calls which are included in the monthly fees.
