My friend had ordered a dress from me through Koovs, through another friend – delivered on approx 6th July. I got the dress a little late i.e by approx 8th July but it didn’t fit me plus it’s a little different from what you see in the picture

As I hadn’t ordered for the dress it took a little time to raise the return request. Deadline to return was approx 8th Aug but I wrote to Koovs on 12th Aug. For a delay of 4 days they refuse to take the dress back, it costs 4000/- so I cant just let that money go waste especially when the dress does not even fit me well

Could you please help me get an exchange, I am not even requesting for a refund
