As I had made an online purchase from surpluss.in dt – 26.08.2015 at 18:33hrs Product description are as follows :

The product delivered to me has some defects, the mobile (Xiaomi Redmi 1s) hardware has defects as the phone is not turning on. When plugged into charging , nothing happened. It seems like the hardware or the charging slot has some critical issue related to it. When contacted to your service helpline number no one has answered . It kept ringing.

Recently I have visited Xiaomi service center in park street (HCL Touch) they said the product is not serviceable in our workshop. Such kind of after sales service was a horrible experience.

Kindly sort out the problem with the respective solution at your end as soon as possible.
