I had purchased my xperia z3 compact in jan .itself sony had shown a demo to prove it that it is waterproof in a promotion conference of xperia z3 and z3compact. my phone had fallen in tap water.Sony claims that it has 30mins standby and it can be enabled for underwater photoshoot.But when it gets down in tap water what to think of underwater???? Now they say(sony) that it is now for out of warranty charges and they have provided estimate of 20k for its repairs.I had taken it for 39k now its price has down to 25k (market price).So why should i pay 20k for its repairs when a new phone comes in that budget and next thing is that when phone is not waterproof ,why to do fake promotions and fool people sony should take this issues seriously as a customer point of view I had given a complaint by mailing sony. but it seems my request has fallen on deaf ears .so please take my complaints seriously as possible Thanks
