Koovs Online Shopping – No Reverse Pickup

Return no: 15013013 Order no: 130097209 Return initiated on 9th July, 2016. It was supposed to be picked up by latest 14th July. It’s 21st July now. It hasn’t yet been picked up yet after repeated assurance from their side that the product will be picked up “today”. I have been continuously emailing/calling and following up with them. I don’t think it is fair that a customer should suffer because of their mismanagement. Pathetic service. They violate their return policy by harassing the customer.
