I’d like to bring to the notice of Kotak Online Banking Customer Service Center that their Web service is extremely slow. They give neat interface for Privy League Customers but that is not what we want, we want fast loading of pages and should be able to transact faster.

Recently I logged on to Kotak Online Banking to Pay Off my Credit Card and here is the error message I got & that too while doing an Intra-bank [Kotak Savings to Credit Card] transaction which is really pathetic and uncalled for

We are unable to process your request
Error Suggestion Please contact Customer care with defined Error for more detail or Please try later

Kindly look into the matter seriously else there are many other better online banking facilities to look-out for.
