The printer was given an order for printing 200 vinyl stickers and the full amount of Rs. 5,100 was paid toward the order. The sticker print quality was OK’d based on the sample provided. However, when the final product was delivered, it did not match the sample print quality and the paper color. The printer now refuses to correct his mistake and provide the correct print quality stickers without an additional charge, or provide a refund for the amount paid. The printer has given all sorts of excuses, including blaming us (the customer) that the data files provided (for the print job) were not OK, that vinyl printing is smudged, or even acknowledge that there is a difference in the print quality between the sample and the final product (when it is obvious to the naked eye). Our business depends on providing a 100% quality product, and we stand behind the quality of our products. To have the printer say that 90% product quality is OK according to him, is something that is very troublesome to us.

We request a refund of the entire print amount of Rs. 5,100 from the vendor OR the delivery of stickers with the correct print quality and paper color.
