KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE – false and incorrect information

Jagpreet Kaur (Manager’s Name : Sandeep) from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Saket branch, New Delhi,sold me Kotak Life Insurance Policy(Policy No.01921541) by providing false and incorrect information in March 2012. I wanted to invest 20000 yearly but she forced me to make it for 36000.

After completing one year I found that my premium for first year was not invested in the market. I contacted KLI customer care, they said that it will be done from next year. On completion of 3 years I found that my NAV value is getting me into loss(as it was far less than the sum of 3 year premiums). I paid the 4th year premium and due to some financial crisis, I wanted to surrender the policy. I contacted KLI and they informed me that I will only get the NAV value that does not include the first year premium. I have got into a loss of Rs. 36000.
