KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE POLICY Pay Back OPTION

Dear Sir There has been no revert from Kotak on the same.Grievince Application number-05-13-034450. When we are calling the call center and entering the POLICY NUMBER-01885751 the call dissconnects. I have visited the the branch office minimum 6-7 times, but their also the system does not go further on this policy Number so the branch cannnot help me on this matter. We have already paid the premium for 2 years @rs36000/-=Rs72000/- . Now the branch has to say that if do not pay this ammount of Rs36000/- or the policy will go foreclosure on the 11/02/2014. then we cannot do annything.The consumer or the client goes for a toss??? We fail to understand that after writing to the Kotak authority they have not reverted back on the same. from the call center the call being recorded say that we at kotak and do not take advice from IRDA. Dear All The most DISASTER thing is that no one reverts to A CUSTOMMER for the any issue like this. KOTAK AND MAHINDRA BRAND IMAGE is on good but this falls down in my thought. The Kotak MAHINDRA Insurance-Preeti Punjabi-Chief Manager,Client Service Desk has not responded on for token No-05-13-034450 dated-12th JUNE 2013 for policy number-01885751- Mrs.Anupama Yateen Vasudeo.The all mail correspondence is as below my faxes have been registered to. Here iam running post to poll to get the policy matter sorted and no one wants a close the issue. Inspite of my personal MANY visit to the branch office at Worli & Sion no one takes intiates this and Preeti Punjabi has not been good enough to sought the matter out As on date nor does she intiates from her team so one revert.Some say the matter is sorted out on the phone call and customer care many times disconnect the call when asked it was call lost. Today Abhisek was kind enough to listen and take my things forward without disclosing the hierarchy for this protocol at kotak mahindra mutual life Insurance Ltd,and assured he would put a mail forward to start the process. I request ALL TO SORT THIS MATTER ASAP-AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Regards Yateen
