Kotak Mahindra Bank – Fraud Transaction No Help

Firstly I want to say that I have totally frustrated from Kotak Mahindra customer service support. I raised a complaint on 3rd December 2014 and yet I did not get any proper answer from kotak. The transaction details are as below: Fraud Transaction Details: Date : 29/11/2014 Description : 2020121499//BAD HABBIT1 Chq/Ref No : 433674143361 Amount : -1,170. 00 When I analysed the transactions then I found that description and Chq/Ref No is same for two or more transaction, how is it possible technically. I talked to Bank Manager, Customer Services and others. But they are not helping me regrading my transaction. They have no records about it. So I need your help for solving this issue.
