Dear Sir, I have complaint against Vodafone services for their fraudulently behaviour with me. I have a Vodafone prepaid mobile no. 9979004xxx (Morbi, Gujrat) my balance is deducted i.e. Rs. 99/- on 21/1/2015, As they shown a massage when I check their *111# service Rs.99.00 : DNLD_Shotformat_dwnld_99_shotformat Whereas I never download any type of application in my mobile. But this is not a first time they deducted My balance Rs.30/- in last week(on same ways). And after a long conversation with vodafone authority, I got back my Rs. 30 /- balance credit in my main balance on 20/01/15 but after only one day they again deducted Rs.99/- from my main balance , I am totally upset for fraudulently behavior with me by vodafone. I want to ask vodafone how they deduct fraudulently balance of their customer without any intimation, and who give him a right for disturbing their customer.
