Dear Sir, I have a URN – OKMI0407 160108 with Kotak Mahindra but i have not appeared for exam till date now i do not want to go with Kotak Mahindra Life and i want to delete it from IRDA portal, However I have not applied to Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance for agentship and I have visited to Kotak Mahindra Life concern branch and requested many time for the same but they denied for do that, kindly give an appropriate solution or take a strict action against Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance or make them agree to do for same. I need an immediate solution for this complaint. Thanks
