Hi, I had purchase the Mi Protect plan from One assist. Previously the motherboard of the phone was replaced due to camera issue and hence the change in the IMEI number. The change was carried out officially at the MI service center for which a voucher was receipt The handset had spoiled due to liquid damage. The company has reject the insurance claim informing that the IMEI number has been changed which is not updated in their system.
