I took admission in 1 Year Executive MBA of KSOU at its study center in Faridabad in October 2013. I was informed about all the benefits of the course and that it had all the approvals granted by UGC, DEB, AICTE and AIU. Now when I have completed the course and received result of both the 1st and 2nd Semeste, I am being informed that KSOU is not allowed to hold any distance programme including Executive MBA after April 2013 by the DEB and hence it is not valid. I have paid fees of Rs 11500 per semester and worked hard to pass the examination which holds no validity.

The KSOU is a Government University which is not allowed to hold any distance Education Programmer including the Executive MBA by the DEB after April 2013. However, the KSOU is still conducting the admissions and holding exams as well as issuing fraudulent mark sheets which is not allowed. I want a ban on the activities of the KSOU and its study centers and an answer from the authorities of KSOU, DEB and UGC that how come this university is conducting its business in Distance Education when it is not allowed. I also demand proper compensation from KSOU as mentioned under law for committing fraud and mental harassment.
