On 10/18/2014 i had ordered (order id 3246028899) a bed sheet from your online website till now i haven’t received it and no updates from your side regarding this. I have called several times (more than 12 Times) to snap deal customer care number and update i received is that your bed sheet will be delivered within 1 week. Sometime i have received update that they will call me within 48 hrs and update the status but till now there is no Delivery nor call in 48 hrs by you.when i called 3 days back they told that your amount already credited and product is cancelled.When i checked my credit card statement amount is not showing.How they took the decision without customer confirmation. I am really annoyed by the services given by snap deal organization. I have already paid the money when i ordered the bed sheet so whats making you delay my order. I am not at all receiving any updates from you via Email or Call regarding this order. Kindly update me before its too late.
