I had booked a seat for June 15th 2017, PNR Number:J64840633 Journey from Bengaluru to Puttur in Karnataka. So, the bus got cancelled and I received a message. But the problem is I had also booked return ticket. Return ticket PNR number : J64840634. Anyways, the cancelled bus ticket will be refunded completely. But, what about my return ticket. It wont be refunded completely. Without travelling to puttur, how do I return back. How can KSRTC be so irresponsible by not even providing a back up bus. Now I will have to bear 50% loss on my return ticket because of your mistake. Never ever expected this from KSRTC, a bus getting cancelled is very new news for me. I wish to avail atleast 90% refund on my return ticket.
