KTM Bike Over-heating Issue after Paid Service

Dear KTM Team, Greetings..,

I would like to inform you regarding the bad experience that I had from the KTM service center Vytila, Ernakulam Kerala India.

I have given my KTM RC 200 for service on 04-07-2017 morning 9:30. It was a paid service and they have returned my bike on 05-07-2017 evening. I appreciate that my bike is in good condition but still there is a problem of over heating. Now I want to inform you the bad experience that I had from KTM service team. They gave me a Manual bill after the service and the total amount was 9565/- (The bill is attached with this mail).

I was surprised while I am checking the bill. They already charged 525rs for periodic service, and there are cost for each and every labor service such as oil change, Fluid change, fork oil change, etc… along with cost for parts, cotton waste and oils…

As a customer, I believe that I have the right to inquire about the cost and all, with that right I asked one of the staff regarding the charges written in the bill especially the coolant changing. “Why you guys are charging 354 for pouring new coolant oil…??” The reply was so unprofessional. Your rep has told me..”then You come and show us how to fill the coolant.”. Is this way you guys are trained your staffs..??

And now I have a doubt that whether they changed the coolant oil or not.. Because my Bike is heating very quickly even in a short ride.

Nobody there in the service center with minimum manners, They receive the cash from me and given the key without service bill. The answer was bill will be getting in 4 days and will give you a manual receipt now. I got my bike from a corner of the service center and all staffs were busy in there mobiles.. They didn’t even keeps my bike outside from the workshop. Desperately I went into the workshop and took my bike.

I will never suggest any of my friends, relatives and colleges to go for KTM product. I will do rest of my services outside.

Hope I will get a reply for the same from the respective authority if not I will go for consumer court with this manual bill and promote your service with your bill in social media that is just for the information to other KTM users and those who are planning for KTM bike.
