I am a resident of village Lahejee post Sharkola, District Siwan, Bihar with pin 841406. Shopkeepers in my locality are selling substandard products particularly electronics items and not providing any bill. Recently I purchased a free dish but it got defective in just one month. Shopkeepers is asking for more money for a new dish antenna and not providing any bill. Please help in this regard as we do not know the rights of Consumers and Grievance readdressal mechanism is totally absent here in Bihar.
