The above handset was purchased by me on 06 March 2013 and the phone had some network issues (It was not catching signal from the network), the same was sent for repairs and was returned partially repaired in around 20 days. The problem was never resolved but i somehow managed to pull it along due to lack of option. The same problem resurfaced and the phone was handed over for repair on 20/12/2013 and returned ( After a lot of following up on mail as well as phone) today and to my utter disbelief the phone set is still not repaired

I want a replacement of the above handset as i don’t have the time and energy to get the handset repaired once again, that too knowing that there is absolutely no surety that would happen
